This notice explains how ESSENTU handles personal data collected through the waitlist signup form on essentu.eu. We process your data in line with the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Who we are

ESSENTU is the data controller for the personal data you provide on this site. Contact us at hello@essentu.eu.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The date and time of your subscription.
• The signup source (recorded as essentu-waitlist in our marketing platform).

How we use it

We use your email address to send launch announcements, brand updates and occasional marketing about ESSENTU products. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Where it is stored

Subscriber details are processed by Klaviyo, our email marketing platform. Klaviyo is GDPR-compliant and acts as our data processor. Read the Klaviyo privacy notice.

How long we keep it

We keep your details on the waitlist until you unsubscribe, or for up to twenty-four months after launch if you have not engaged with our emails, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request that we correct or delete your data.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This page does not set marketing or analytics cookies. The signup form submits directly to Klaviyo over HTTPS and does not place any cookies on your device.
